Our plan allows you to purchase tour protection guaranteeing a full refund, for any reason. Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of departure. This does NOT apply to "No Shows" on the day of departure - notification is required.

Payment for the protection plan must be made when making your initial deposit. In the event a deposit is not required on a tour, payment must be made with full payment. All payments must be made prior to departure.

In the event you must cancel off our motorcoach tour and you comply with the outlined procedures, you are guaranteed to receive 100% of your packaged tour price.

Complete the form below and mail it in with your payment. This form will be returned to you with an authorized DATTCO signature to verify your policy. Each adult (or couple) must complete a separate form. Teachers must complete the form for student groups.

This plan is non-transferable and non-refundable.
